FBP is now current in SEC and New York Stock Exchange financial reporting requirements, and a director of the company recently bought 56,700 shares in the open market, but the stock still hasn't been able to make a move above the resistance near $10 which is not a positive development. Bones would like to buy FBP near $8.50 currently.

In Bones' last update, he said he would sell JNY if it were to drop below $20.25. Since then, JNY did in fact fall below that price and drop a considerable amount further as was to be expected. Currently, Bones would not own JNY since their earnings announcement will take place next Wednesday. Bones feels that holding through such events is too risky.

Bones is not surprised that CLZR had trouble breaking past the $9 mark earlier this week. As he has said many times, stocks often face resistance at "square" numbers (ie: 3x3=9). At this point, Bones still thinks CLZR is a safe bet unless it breaks below $8.10. If you are looking to buy on strength, Bones would set a buy-stop at $9.03.
